Vasantrao Dempo Higher Secondary School of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira celebrated International Yoga Day on 20th and 21st June 2022 with much enthusiasm. Yoga sessions were conducted by the teachers-in-charge Mr. Chetan Kavlekar and Mr. Vishal Bhandari in batches.
On 21st June, Dr. Suraj Kanekar was the resource person for conducting the Yoga sessions for all the Teaching and Administrative staff. Yoga has physical, mental, and spiritual benefits, and this was explained to all participants.
