The Honourable Governor of Goa, Shri. P. S. Sreedharan Pillai felicitated the students of DCT’s Dhempe College of Arts & Science – Ms. Lakshmi Chavan (Team Leader), Mr. Imran Sayed, Ms. Devati Bohara, Ms. Tijika Gulia, Ms. Kenesha Singh & Assistant Professor Dr. Raghav Gadgil (Coordinator) for their outstanding work carried out for Swachh Bharat Students Internship Program during the academic year 2020-21.
The Ministry of Jal Shakti, in association with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, has launched the Swachh Bharat Students Internship Program. The Program aims to engage youth across the country from Higher Education Institutions to enroll for 100 hours to develop their skills and orientation for Solid Waste Management and become part of the Swachh Bharat Jan Andolan.
