Please attach the following documents, each file size not exceeding 16 MB, named appropriately:-
● Photograph.
● Letter of Admission to the postgraduate/professional/research programme for the academic year 2024-25.
● Receipt towards payment of tuition fee for the academic year 2024-25.
● Statement of Marks of the preceding Board/University examination.
● Certificate of Family Income for the preceding year, issued by competent government authority, if the family income is less than 5.00 lakhs p.a.
● Income Tax Returns for the preceding year, if the income exceeds Rs.5.00 lakhs p.a.

After submitting, you will get a copy of this application form by email.
