The State Pollution Control Board, Odisha vide Consent Order dated 12.05.2015 has granted Consent under Section 25/26 of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Section 21 of Air (Prevention & Control of Pollu tion) Act, 1981, to the Company’s plant at Paradeep, Odisha, which manufactures up to 1,25,000 MTs of CPC p.a. The said consent is valid for a period up to 31st March 2016.
