Cmdt. Rai’s professional career spans over three decades of enriching and diverse experience in the sectors of Defence (War Ships’ Acquisition / Construction) and Oil & Gas (Offshore –EPC Projects). He is a B.Tech from G.B. Pant University, Pantnagar, and also an M.Tech, both in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA (Operations) from IMT Ghaziabad, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA.
