The Board of Directors appointed Ms. Pallavi Dempo as a Woman Director in the category of “Independent Director”, on the Board of Directors of the Company. Ms. Pallavi Dempo belongs to a well known industrial group of Goa and she is the wife of the present Chairman of the Company, Mr. Shrinivas V. Dempo.
Ms. Dempo is on the Board of several companies and associated with number of educational institutes as well as social and cultural associations apart from various philanthropic activities. She is currently the Executive Director of Dempo Industries Ltd.
