The board of directors of Hindustan Foods Limited at its Board Meeting held on 24th May, 2018 has approved the scheme of arrangement for demerger of Contract Manufacturing (Hyderabad) Business of Avalon Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. into Hindustan Foods Limited.
